Private Practice

I’m Dr. Tara Rawana, a naturopathic doctor and holistic nutritionist with a special interest in the mental and physical health of tweens and teens. My goal is to support your child through the ups and downs of adolescence with a holistic, evidence-based approach.

The Poppy Clinic (1159 King Rd), Burlington, ON or virtual.

* Ontario residents only

Many conventional treatments focus on managing symptoms, but, as a Naturopathic Doctor, I take a root-cause approach, meaning I dig deeper to understand why your child is experiencing issues like acne, anxiety, or digestive discomfort.

For kids and teens, this approach is especially powerful because their bodies and brains are still developing. Addressing underlying imbalances—like gut health, nutrition, hormone shifts, and nervous system regulation—early on can help set them up for lifelong well-being, rather than just offering short-term fixes.
